Job summary

WNS Careers - Philippines is seeking an onsite travel associate to support corporate travel clients. You will assist travelers with bookings and inquiries, and manage air, hotel and car reservations via GDS systems.

The role requires experience with Sabre/Amadeus or other GDS platforms, solid IATA geography knowledge, and readiness to start ASAP. Work is onsite in a corporate travel environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2+ years in corporate travel front-office (TMC) experience.
• 1-2+ years hands-on experience with Sabre, Amadeus or other GDS platforms.
• Strong GDS proficiency; knowledgeable in IATA geography.

Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with bookings and inquiries.
• Book air, hotel, and car reservations through GDS using commands.
• Handle ticketing, reissues, exchanges, and refunds.
• Provide excellent customer service to U.S.-based travelers.
