Job summary

BeepXtra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to handle emails and calls from Singapore-based agents, provide product trainings, and assist with telesales campaigns from its Philippines operations.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service experience and fluent English. You will use Salesforce for case management and collaborate with the team on marketing projects and webinars.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (travel industry preferred but not required).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming & outgoing emails and/or calls to and from agents based in Singapore.
• Attend to technical questions, customer-related issues, escalations, follow-ups from partners based in Singapore.
• Conduct welcome calls and product trainings to agents over the phone or online.
• Do telesales to some leads or dormant/inactive agencies based in Singapore.
• Update Salesforce regularly.
• Provide assistance on sales and marketing projects and telesales campaigns when needed.
• Conduct webinar and training presentations as required.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as may be assigned.
