TASQ Staffing Solutions in Cebu is seeking a Sales Team Leader for the Customer Care Department to lead an on-site team at Cebu Business Park. You will supervise daily sales activities, support pre-screening, and guide your team to hit revenue targets in a contact center environment.

Regularization includes health coverage and employee benefits. The role requires at least 2 years in a sales team leadership position and college-level education or higher.

TASQ is hiring a call center sales team leader to work on-site in Cebu.

Prepare for a phone pre-screening; after passing, subsequent interviews will be conducted in person during a mid-shift schedule.

Position Details:

Sales Team Leader - Customer Care Department (Cebu Business Park) | Onsite

Work Arrangement:

Onsite at Cebu Business Park

Upon regularization:

• 10 vacation leaves (VL) and 10 sick leaves (SL)
• HMO health insurance available starting from the 4th month (coverage for the employee plus one free dependent)
