Discover Group of Travel Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Booking Officer to handle travel reservations and build strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers.

The ideal candidate will manage bookings, negotiate terms, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Strong English communication, negotiation skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in travel bookings, reservations, airline, hotel, or travel agency operations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experienced in dealing with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage bookings for airlines, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding rates, availability, inclusions, and booking terms.
• Handle booking confirmations, cancellations, amendments, and follow-ups.
• Compare available rates and options based on client requirements.
• Coordinate booking details with clients and internal departments.
• Monitor booking deadlines, payments, and confirmations.
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
• Resolve booking concerns by coordinating directly with suppliers.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with travel suppliers.
