Job summary

Responsibilities include site mobilization, inspections, progress monitoring, and closeout documentation. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in HVAC contracting, construction, facilities management, or operations support is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation/report preparation.
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of HVAC projects with Project Managers.
• Coordinate project schedules, site activities, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Assist with site mobilization, inspections, and progress monitoring.
• Maintain project records, permits, correspondence, and reports.
• Support billing, COP/IPR, and project closeout documents.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance throughout project execution.
