Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Willing to travel around Cebu area.
• With supervisory experience in consignor.
• Knowledge in apparel industry is preferred.
• Must be willing to work with less supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor staffing across assigned areas or locations.
• Monitor attendance, deployment, schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Serve as liaison between field personnel, Head Office, and departments.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on area visits and concerns.
• Assist in addressing day-to-day operational concerns in the field.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
