Job summary

Robert Brown Wear Inc. is seeking an Inventory Controller to oversee stock storage and accuracy, collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor, and ensure timely stock replenishment from procurement. The role requires leadership to guide a team and strong knowledge of inventory systems.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in a similar role, experience with SAP/Oracle/ERP, and proficiency in Excel. On-site work in Bulacan, Philippines, Monday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in inventory management, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven Inventory Controller experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
• Excellent leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP software and Excel.
• Willing to work onsite Monday–Saturday 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist warehouse supervisor in receiving, storage, pick/pack, dispatch, and returns.
• Supervise and guide subordinates in daily tasks.
• Maintain updated files and records.
• Monitor stock levels and alert procurement when needed.
• Ensure stock accuracy via regular stock checks and audits.
• Track stock movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain stock records and movements.
• Report stock status and issues to management.
• Manage inventory of warehouse and operating supplies.
• Perform duties assigned by supervisor as needed.
