Job summary

Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. is seeking a Sales/Field Operations Coordinator to oversee daily sales activities and field operations in Cebu City. You will support execution of sales plans, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year in sales, account management, or field operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Possesses a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel and be assigned within the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales and field operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution of activities
• Track sales performance and generate accurate and timely operational reports
• Assist in executing sales strategies and achieving business goals and objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring potential business opportunities
• Address and resolve customer concerns and operational issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the timely delivery of products and services
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, guidelines, and established procedures
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to field personnel when necessary
• Perform administrative functions and other related tasks as assigned by management
