Job summary

Premiumbikes Corporation is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee the performance of multiple retail locations in the region.

You will provide temporary leadership for stores with vacancies, monitor sales, inventory, cash handling, and expenses, and coach teams to improve service and throughput.

Regional travel will be required to support stores in Cagayan, Isabela, or Nueva Vizcaya per business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail/store operations, preferably handling multiple locations.
• Willing and able to travel frequently to support stores in Cagayan, Isabela, or Nueva Vizcaya based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the overall operations and performance of assigned stores, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provides temporary leadership and operational support to stores with management vacancies, absences, or immediate business needs.
• Monitors sales, inventory, cash handling, store expenses, and other key performance indicators to achieve operational targets.
• Coaches and guides store teams to improve productivity, customer service, discipline, and overall store performance.
• Conducts regular store visits, identifies operational gaps, and coordinates with concerned departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
