Job summary

Goway Travel is seeking a Product Loading Coordinator in a remote/hybrid capacity, reporting to the Operations Team Lead/Manager. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy and efficiency in product loading, updating supplier information, and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent, a Tourplan background, and at least 1 year in the travel industry.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Candidate must have a Tourplan background.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the travel industry, preferably in contract loading.
• Familiarity with travel industry systems and tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle Product Loading tasks across various tickets and supplier contracts.
• Review contracts and terms; identify and address issues proactively.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and internal teams for accuracy and timely updates.
• Perform quality control to ensure products are correctly loaded into the database.
