Job summary

Goway Travel Ltd seeks a Product Loading Coordinator to ensure accurate and efficient loading of travel products. You will manage tickets, contracts, and supplier data while collaborating with the Products team to resolve discrepancies.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality or tourism degree, 1+ year travel industry experience, and strong English communication. The role offers remote/hybrid work with opportunities for growth and industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Tourplan background experience.
• 1+ year in travel industry, preferably contract loading.
• Familiarity with travel industry systems and tools is advantageous.
• Independent worker in a team environment with good English communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and prioritization to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle product loading tasks and tickets as assigned.
• Enter supplier contracts and allocations into the database.
• Review contracts for issues and address proactively.
• Coordinate with Product Managers as needed.
• Perform quality control to ensure correct product loading.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and cross-functional collaboration.
• Align with internal departments to keep Product Loading smooth.
