Job summary

Goway Travel is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to join our Manila-based BPO operations. The role focuses on accurate product loading, updating supplier information, and resolving data discrepancies, working with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will handle tickets, review contracts, liaise with Product Managers, and perform quality checks to guarantee correct product loading into the database, while delivering timely, clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Tourplan background experience.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the travel industry, preferably in contract loading.
• Familiarity with travel industry systems and tools is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in efficient time management and adept task prioritization.
• Ability to conduct internet research with demonstrated computer skills.
• Highly detail oriented with an ability to concentrate for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Loading Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Product Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy, quality and efficiency in product loading-related processes. This role supports the Products Team by managing product loading, updating supplier information, troubleshooting database issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The coordinator acts as a key point of contact for product-related inquiries, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and adherence to operational standards.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Product Loading
