Job summary

You will conduct market research, identify opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations to drive growth. Responsibilities include negotiating with airlines and suppliers, assembling packages, and promoting offerings with Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a travel agency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new travel products and packages.
• Develop travel packages including airfare, accommodations, transfers, and tours.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations on supplier promotions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote travel products.
• Negotiate partnerships with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers.
• Source competitive travel packages and related products.
• Attend supplier presentations and familiarization trips.
• Conduct site inspections of destinations and offerings.
• Develop destination calendars to support marketing activities.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Development Associate to develop and manage innovative travel products and packages for both domestic and international markets. The role involves conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, negotiating with travel suppliers, creating competitive travel offerings, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify opportunities for new travel products and packages.
• Develop and create travel packages that may include airfare, accommodations, transfers, meals, tours, travel insurance, and documentation services.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams on supplier promotions and travel offerings.
• Collaborate with Marketing in promoting travel products and services.
• Negotiate and secure partnerships with airlines, hotels, resorts, insurance companies, and other tourism suppliers.
• Source and negotiate competitive travel packages and related products.
• Attend supplier product presentations, updates, and familiarization trips.
• Conduct site inspections and evaluate potential travel destinations and offerings.
• Develop destination and promotional calendars to support marketing activities.
• Contribute to business development plans and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least one (1) to three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a travel agency environment is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Passion for travel and strong knowledge of travel destinations and products.
• Creative, innovative, and customer-focused.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, web-based research, and digital tools.
• Knowledge of local and international geography is preferred.
