Strategic Planning & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to increase inbound tourism to the Philippines.
- Identify new source markets and build B2B partnerships with overseas travel agents, DMCs, tour operators, and OTAs.
- Attend international travel expos and trade fairs to promote the Philippines as a destination.
Product Development & Customization
- Design and maintain compelling inbound travel packages (cultural, beach, adventure, wellness, eco-tourism, etc.).
- Customize itineraries to meet the needs of various market segments (FIT, groups, MICE).
- Ensure products are competitive and aligned with global travel trends.
Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inbound department, including reservations, logistics, and coordination.
- Manage airport arrivals, local transportation, accommodations, tours, and other services.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with local hotels, transport operators, tour guides, tourism boards, and government agencies.
- Negotiate competitive rates and maintain service-level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local tourism regulations and safety standards.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the inbound team (sales and operations).
- Set performance targets, monitor progress, and implement continuous improvement.
Marketing Support
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote inbound travel packages across digital and offline channels.
- Provide content and insights for destination marketing campaigns.
Reporting & Financials
- Monitor budgets, pricing, profitability, and ROI of inbound programs.
- Analyze market trends and submit regular reports to the management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound tourism, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong network of international travel trade partners and Philippine tourism stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of Philippine destinations and tourism products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and tour management platforms.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Preferably residents of Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque or nearby provinces or willing to relocate.
