Job summary

Positive Exposure Productions, Inc seeks a Product Development Manager to drive LOVEPH travel product planning, requirements gathering, and customer journey design. You will coordinate with engineering, UX, and partners to deliver end-to-end travel experiences—booking, payment, and post‑sale support—across platforms.

The role emphasizes backlog management, release readiness, and data‑driven improvements, with hybrid work in a Philippine setting and collaboration with the Department of Tourism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years in product management or digital platform development.
• Experience with mobile and web features from requirements to launch.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product roadmap for hotels, tours, and travel services.
• Gather and validate requirements from stakeholders and customers.
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map customer journeys across discovery, booking, payment, and support.
• Define pricing, availability, and supplier rules per product type.
• Prioritize backlog and coordinate with engineering.
• Clarify requirements and manage scope changes with teams.
• Define integration requirements for APIs and payment gateways.
• Coordinate testing and user acceptance with QA.
• Ensure cross‑platform alignment for iOS, Android, and web.
• Maintain release readiness checklists and performance tracking.
• Consolidate feedback and prioritize defects vs enhancements.
• Produce status reporting and turnover records.
• Provide complete handover when ownership changes.
