Positive Exposure Productions, Inc seeks a Product Development Manager to drive LOVEPH travel product planning, requirements gathering, and customer journey design. You will coordinate with engineering, UX, and partners to deliver end-to-end travel experiences—booking, payment, and post‑sale support—across platforms.

Our digitalization initiative transformed into a proprietary tourism digital platform-LOCALIZED ONLINE VISITOR ECOSYSTEM -LOVEPH.
Love PH is the company’s banner product which is scheduled to be launched in Q12026. In collaboration with the Department of Tourism, we have designed a seamless and multifunctional online travel agency where visitors to and in the Philippines can plan, book and pay for their travel needs in one single app.
This core product of Positive Exposure aims to revolutionize and transform the tourism industry through its unique and customized features.
Product Development Manger manage the planning, requirements, and improvement of LOVEPH’s travel products and features. Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear development requirements, coordinate delivery with the engineering team, and verify that each product supports a complete and reliable customer journey.
1. Product Planning and Roadmap
Maintain the product roadmap for hotels, tours, transport, attractions, dining, nightlife, wellness, and other travel services. Recommend priorities based on customer needs, business value, risks, and development capacity.
2. Requirements Gathering
Gather and validate requirements from management, customers, merchants, and internal stakeholders. Define the problem, intended users, scope, business rules, and expected outcomes for each feature.
3. Product Documentation
Prepare product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and feature specification. Maintain approved versions and record changes and decisions.
4. Customer Journey Development
Work with the UX/UI Designer to map discovery, search, selection, booking, payment, confirmation, service fulfillment, cancellation, refund, and support journeys. Identify gaps and points of difficulty.
5. Travel Product Rules
Define requirements for pricing, availability, capacity, schedules, inclusions, exclusions, booking cutoffs, customer information, cancellation policies, and supplier confirmation for each product type.
6. Backlog Management
Maintain and prioritize the development backlog. Ensure tasks have clear requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and accountable owners before development begins.
7. Engineering Coordination
Clarify requirements with developers, resolve product questions, monitor progress, and upscale blockers. Coordinate scope changes and communicate their effect on delivery dates.
8. Integration Requirements
Define business requirements for supplier APIs, payment gateways, merchant systems, and GAB AI. Work with technical members to establish expected behavior when integrations fail or information is unavailable.
9. Testing and Product Acceptance
Work with QA to validate complete booking journeys and exception scenarios. Coordinate user acceptance testing, document findings, and confirm that delivered features meet approved requirements.
10. Cross-Platform Alignment
Maintain a feature comparison across iOS, Android, and web. Track differences, coordinate aligned releases, and document approved platform-specific limitations.
11. Launch Readiness
Maintain a release checklist covering functionality, inventory, content, policies, testing, analytics, and support instructions. Recommend release or postponement based on documented readiness.
12. Product Performance Analysis
Analyze search behavior, conversion, checkout abandonment, booking success, payment failures, cancellations, and feature usage. Identify likely causes and recommend measurable improvements.
13. Customer Feedback and Defect Prioritization
Consolidate feedback and reported issues. Distinguish defects from enhancement requests and prioritize action based on severity, customer impact, and transaction risk.
14. Product Status and Risk Reporting
Maintain a product-by-product report covering actual status, files, pending approvals, deadlines, partner commitments, risks, dependencies, and responsible team members.
15. Documentation and Turnover
Keep product files, decision logs, backlog records, test results, and release notes organized and accessible. Prepare complete handover records when ownership changes.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Tourism Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or digital platform development, preferably in travel, e‑commerce, hospitality, or payments.
Experience managing mobile and web features from requirements gathering through testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
Understanding of travel booking workflows, inventory, pricing, payment processing, cancellations, refunds, and supplier integrations.
Ability to prepare product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, customer journeys, and process flows.
Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or equivalent.
Ability to interpret product analytics and use spreadsheets; familiarity with SQL and analytics tools is an advantage.
Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple products, track dependencies, and raise delivery risks promptly.
Good Moral Character and Professional Conduct: Must provide a certificate or reference letter from a previous employer confirming good moral character, professional conduct, and work ethics. Attend in‑person management, development, partner, and merchant meetings when necessary.
Participate in onsite workshops, product demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and launch activities as required.
Remain available during agreed working hours and attend scheduled online meetings.
Maintain updated task records, product documentation, and progress reports.
Coordinate any required travel or work outside the regular schedule with the reporting manager.
The officer manages requirements, recommends priorities, and coordinates product acceptance. Material changes to scope, budget, commercial commitments, or launch dates require approval from the Product & Engineering Head or designated management. Technical architecture and implementation remain under the Technical Lead.
