Positive Exposure Productions, Inc is seeking a Product Manager to drive travel product management across hotels, tours, transport, and experiences within LOVEPH. You will translate requirements into specs, coordinate with UX/UI and engineering, and ensure end-to-end booking journeys from discovery to fulfillment.
The role requires coordinating merchant readiness, testing, and cross-platform alignment across iOS, Android, and web, with a hybrid work setup in Metro Manila.

Love PH is the company’s banner product which is scheduled to be launched in Q12026. In collaboration with the Department of Tourism, we have designed a seamless and multifunctional online travel agency where visitors to and in the Philippines can plan, book and pay for their travel needs in one single app.
This core product of Positive Exposure aims to revolutionize and transform the tourism industry through its unique and customized features.
Manage the development and operational readiness of assigned travel products on LOVEPH. Translate customer, merchant, and business requirements into clear specifications and coordinate with the Product & Engineering team to deliver reliable discovery, booking, payment, and fulfillment journeys.
Manage assigned categories such as hotels, tours, transport, attractions, dining, nightlife, and wellness. Maintain clear product scope, priorities, milestones, and accountable owners.
Document product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, pricing rules, availability, booking cutoffs, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation terms, and refund conditions.
Work with UX/UI and engineering members to develop complete journeys from product discovery through booking, payment, confirmation, fulfillment, and post-booking assistance.
Validate that merchant listings contain complete and accurate descriptions, rates, inventory, schedules, policies, and fulfillment instructions before activation. Coordinate corrections with the onboarding team.
Maintain the backlog for assigned products, clarify requirements, track delivery, and elevate blockers or changes affecting timelines.
Define business requirements for supplier systems, payment gateways, vouchers, and digital tickets. Confirm expected handling of failed payments, unavailable inventory, and delayed supplier confirmations.
Coordinate product-specific end-to-end tests covering successful bookings, failed transactions, cancellations, refunds, and service exceptions. Document defects and verify fixes with QA.
Check that approved product functions and information are aligned across iOS, Android, and web. Track differences and coordinate their resolution.
Maintain readiness checklists covering listings, inventory, functionality, policies, testing, analytics, and support instructions. Recommend activation or postponement based on evidence.
Monitor conversion, booking success, checkout abandonment, cancellations, customer feedback, and product usage. Recommend improvements supported by findings.
Investigate product-related booking and fulfillment concerns with Operations and engineering. Prioritize recurring issues according to customer and business impact.
Ensure assigned travel products have accurate information for GAB’s discovery and recommendation functions. Test whether recommendations reflect available offerings and booking conditions.
Maintain a product-by-product report covering actual status, files, approvals, deadlines, partner commitments, risks, dependencies, and responsible team members.
Keep requirements, designs, test results, decision logs, and pending actions organized in company-controlled systems. Complete documented turnover when responsibilities change.
Align priorities, requirements, backlog, and performance analysis.
Develop customer journeys, prototypes, and interface improvements.
Clarify specifications and coordinate development and integrations.
Prepare test scenarios, validate fixes, and confirm acceptance results.
Establish reporting requirements and analyze product performance.
Coordinate product information and testing for GAB AI.
Coordinate deployment readiness and investigation of platform issues.
Proposed hiring budget: depending on relevant experience, product scope, and demonstrated delivery capability. This is a proposed company budget, subject to market validation.
