Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IATA travel industry, preferably with intensive experience in travel sales bookings.
• Proficiency in travel industry systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.

Responsibilities

• Perform travel agent duties including booking reservations and responding to inquiries.
• Act as internal Quality Assurance officer to finalize sales transactions.
• Monitor sales bookings to achieve team targets.

Skills

Strong background in GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

Excellent English oral and written communication

Good leadership skills

Education

Graduate of a four (4)-year college course, preferably Tourism/HRM
