Job summary

A travel services company in Makati is seeking a Travel Agent/Assistant to facilitate travel bookings and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in an IATA travel industry.
• Intensive experience in travel sales bookings, tour packages, ticketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the booking of reservations for travel-related services.
• Responds to requests for price quotations for routes.
• Secures confidential customer-related information based on the data policy.
• Monitors, sorts, and works with Amadeus queues daily for quality control.

Skills

Strong background in GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

Excellent English oral and written communication

Education

Graduate of a four (4)-year college course, preferably Tourism/HRM or other related field
