You will troubleshoot issues, maintain detailed records, and participate in process improvements while adhering to SLAs. Weekend off policies apply as part of a balanced schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
