Gratitude Philippines is seeking customer-focused individuals to join our Travel & Hospitality account as Customer Service Representatives in Manila. You will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent service.

Requirements include at least six months of BPO or customer service experience, a high school diploma, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Qualifications

• At least six months of BPO or customer service experience.
• At least a high school graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Willingness to work onsite and follow the account's assigned schedule, if applicable.
• Knowledge of travel reservations is an advantage but is not required unless specified by the employer.
