Job summary

G2 Travel is seeking an Accounting Executive to manage and maintain accurate financial records, including income and expenses, and to ensure compliance with standards. Your work will cover accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank transactions within a global tour operator setting.

You will prepare statements, generate management reports, reconcile discrepancies, and support the finance team in delivering timely financial information for decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Degree in related field preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions in ledgers and ERP/accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Process invoices, monitor payments to vendors and receipts from customers.
