Job summary

Goway Travel Ltd is seeking an Accounts Specialist/Finance Coordinator to join our remote/hybrid team. Based in the Philippines, you will support accounts payable, supplier inquiries, and month-end tasks under the Accounts Team Lead/Operations Manager.

You should have an accounting degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong English communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Familiarity with accounting systems/tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes and month-end tasks.
• Pay suppliers on terms and maintain company controls.
• Respond to supplier/client inquiries via email in a timely manner.
• Perform statement reconciliations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial recording.
