Job summary

Goway Travel is seeking a Finance Coordinator to manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable in a hybrid Manila setting. You will coordinate invoicing, payments, and reporting while collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in AP/AR, strong reconciliation skills, and English communication. The role supports month-end close and process improvements within a fast-paced travel company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable or similar role.
• Travel industry experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent English communication, analytical and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor main Accounting email inbox with timely responses.
• Process and validate supplier invoices for prepayment and post-payment, including matching and reconciliation.
• Generate accurate customer invoices, statements and billing documentation.
• Process and reconcile supplier and customer payments with precise records.
• Reconcile supplier statements, debtor accounts, and bank transactions; investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries from suppliers, customers, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Raise and follow up on invoice discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain creditor and debtor records for data accuracy.
• Produce AR ageing reports and assist collections and credit recovery.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance Finance efficiency.
