Job summary

Ripple Wanders seeks a Trip Coordinator to ensure smooth, organized, and memorable trips across the Philippines. You’ll manage pre-trip prep, on-ground execution, and post-trip feedback.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, itineraries, and local partners, while serving as main contact for participants before and during trips. Weekend/holiday readiness and travel across destinations are required.

Qualifications

• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings according to trip schedules.
• Willing to travel to different destinations around the Philippines.
• Experience in travel, tourism, events, hospitality, community, or operations is a plus.
• Driver’s license and first aider certification are a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely enjoys travel, people, and creating great experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trip logistics, schedules, transportation, activities, and local partners.
• Prepare itineraries, participant manifests, checklists, and trip requirements.
• Coordinate with joiners, suppliers, drivers, guides, and experience providers.
• Serve as a key point of contact for participants before and during trips.
• Lead or assist with check-ins, meetups, transfers, activities, and departures.
• Keep trips on schedule and handle on-ground issues (changes, delays, weather).
• Ensure a warm, seamless, enjoyable experience for every guest.
• Collect feedback and provide post-trip reports and recommendations for improvement.
