Job summary

Trouvaille Diaro is building a freelance field network of people who enjoy working with groups, being outdoors, and helping create smooth, well-organized day trips from Metro Manila to Rizal, Batangas, Pampanga and Tarlac.

As a Freelance Tour Coordinator, you’ll keep the group organized, safe and on schedule, coordinating with guides, staff, and lunch venues while handling waivers, pre-trip briefings and post-trip reports. This is a per-trip engagement, not a regular employment position.

Qualifications

• Comfortable coordinating groups of approximately 10–20 adults
• Calm and practical when plans change
• Clear communication in English and Filipino
• Physically able to complete hikes and outdoor activities with the group
• Comfortable working long day trips, typically around 12 hours
• Own smartphone with reliable mobile data
• Basic first-aid training is an advantage, but not required
• Experience in tourism, events, hospitality, group coordination, or outdoor activities is welcome

Responsibilities

• Meet guests at the assembly point and check the trip manifest
• Assist with late arrivals and guest concerns
• Conduct the pre-trip safety briefing
• Collect required waivers
• Distribute breakfast, snacks, water and trip supplies
• Keep the group aligned with the destination’s booked arrival window
• Walk at the back of the group to make sure nobody is left behind
• Coordinate with the local guide, destination staff, driver, and lunch venue
• Take group and trip photographs
• Carry the first-aid kit and follow the incident procedure when needed
• Submit a short trip report and photo set after the trip

We are looking for Freelance Tour Coordinators to support our day trips departing from Metro Manila to destinations across Rizal, Batangas, Pampanga and Tarlac.

This is a freelance, per-trip engagement — not a regular employment position.

What you’ll do

As a Tour Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for keeping the group organized, safe, informed and on schedule throughout the trip.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meet guests at the assembly point and check the trip manifest

You are not the destination guide. Our destinations have their own authorized guides or park rangers who lead the actual experience. Your role is to coordinate the day around them.

A tour-guide licence is not required.

We value reliability, communication, initiative, and how you handle people just as much as previous experience.

How many trips will I get?

There is no guaranteed number of trips per month. Trip volume depends on bookings, seasonality, destinations, and the dates you choose to accept.

We will be transparent about current trip volume and the applicable trip fee before you commit to an assignment.

We’ll reply with the current trip fee range and a few questions, followed by a short conversation.

There is no application fee, placement fee, training fee or deposit.
