Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a seasoned Procure to Pay Associate Manager to lead PTP service delivery, team performance, and client engagement in Taguig. This onsite role focuses on SLA compliance, process efficiency, and continuous improvement across PTP operations.

You will drive performance, mentor the team, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders across global accounts, while managing escalations and reporting insights to management. Rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• At least 7 years of Procure to Pay (PTP) experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory, team lead, or people management experience.
• Experience in at least one of: Purchase Order Creation, Invoice Processing, or Payment Processing.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, operational metrics, and escalations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Taguig and rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Procure to Pay operations and ensure SLA and KPI achievement
• Review and approve PTP transactions, including invoice and payment processing activities
• Monitor team performance, workload distribution, and operational metrics
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to address concerns, clarify processes, and align scope
• Handle escalations, complex inquiries, and process control implementation
• Prepare performance reports and provide operational insights to management
• Drive process improvements and procedure updates
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
