Job summary

Accenture Philippines in Quezon City is seeking a Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst at Associate Manager level to process, audit and manage employee travel and expense claims in line with company policies and compliance standards.

You will support the Procure-to-Pay cycle by ensuring accurate reimbursements, VAT/GST tax compliance and timely closing activities, while working with HR, Payroll, AP and Procurement teams. Return to Office setup and weekend rest days apply.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in PTP specific to T&E.
• At least 5 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and process employee travel and expense reports for accuracy, policy compliance, and required documentation.
• Ensure timely reimbursement of employee expenses in line with SLAs.
• Validate receipts, expense coding, tax compliance (VAT/GST), and cost center allocations.
• Identify non-compliant expenses and communicate with employees and managers for corrections or clarifications.
