Job summary

Vestas Philippines, part of the Global Finance Shared Service Centre, seeks a Finance SSC professional focused on Travel & Expense and related reporting. You will ensure T&E processing aligns with Vestas SOPs and collaborate with Regional Finance to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

The role requires experience in end-to-end T&E, adherence to KPIs/PPIs, and the ability to prepare routine financial reports while supporting knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree in Business/Finance/Management.
• 3–5 years working experience in Travel Expense process and reporting.
• With BPO/Shared Service experience.
• Preferably with SAP Concur knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in further improvement and optimization of T&E processes and procedures in Finance and Accounting.
• Execute T&E processing fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas SOPs.
• Promptly engage and collaborate with Regional Finance and other business stakeholders to solve operational issues with speed and quality.
• Prepares daily and monthly reports and accompanying schedules and specifications.
• Performed analytical review to ensure achievement of KPIs and PPIs for the function assigned.
• Assists in developing training plans and knowledge sharing with team members.
• Manage the end-to-end corporate card program.
