Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in process excellence and project management in Finance shared services.
• Training in Continuous Improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Good understanding of key Finance processes, especially in Operational Finance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and deliver process excellence initiatives.
• Work closely with Global Process owner on end-to-end processes.
• Develop process improvement initiatives in Record to Report.
