Job summary

Vestas Philippines offers a Finance SSC role focusing on end-to-end Travel & Expense (T&E) processing within a regional finance setup. You will implement improvements, ensure procedures follow SOPs, and collaborate with regional teams to resolve operational issues with speed and accuracy.

The position requires 3–5 years in T&E, a relevant degree, and SAP Concur knowledge, with strong Excel skills and stakeholder communication. It’s a full-time on-site role in Pasay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Finance/Management.
• Experience in Travel Expense processing and reporting.
• 3–5 years in the same field; BPO/Shared Service experience.
• Prefer SAP Concur knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Improve T&E processes and procedures.
• Execute T&E processing per defined SOPs.
• Collaborate with regional finance and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and schedules.
• Support KPI/PPIs review and training within the team.
• Manage end-to-end corporate card program.
