Job summary

WD in Biñan, Philippines, is seeking a Travel and Expense Accountant, Global Finance Operations. You will process end-to-end travel and expense accounting for the assigned region, coordinating with employees, Global Travel Team, IT & Concur support, Local Finance Team and other teams within Global Accounting Operations.

You will ensure compliance with the Global Travel and Business Expense Policy, manage expense system administration, analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in Accounts Payable or Travel & Expense accounting.
• Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve expense reports in compliance with Global Travel Policy and analyze spend data for trends and cost saving opportunities.
• Guide employees in Concur system navigation and expense processing.
• Resolve fallouts from Concur-ERP data interfaces (Oracle/SAP) to process payments.
• Prepare and submit Concur accrual reports and reconcile related GL accounts.
• Support Internal Audit, Payroll and Tax in Concur transactions review.
• Ensure KPI targets and automate audits using Concur tools.
• Conduct trainings as needed.
