Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3 years accounting experience, with AP/AR and reconciliations preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process daily bank reconciliations and GL entries.
• Maintain accrual schedules for all locations.
• Prepare monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Update Fixed Assets Register and GL.
• Support month-end close with schedules and documentation.
• Assist with tax documentation and compliance reports (GST, BAS).
• Support audits and statutory reporting.
