Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is hiring a Travel Consultant to manage domestic and international reservations from a home-based setup across the Philippines.

The role requires strong Sabre Red 360/Agency Workspace experience and excellent English and Spanish communication, with a focus on geography knowledge and client satisfaction. You will manage last-minute changes, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure policies are followed while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English and Spanish communication skills.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in Sabre Red 360 / Agency Workspace.
• Minimum 2–4 years experience in Corporate Travel.
• Familiar with travel geography.

Responsibilities

• Book and change domestic & international travel reservations.
• Promote fares and negotiate with suppliers per client policies.
• Read travel policies and take appropriate actions.
• Handle last-minute requests, changes, and flight cancellations/delays.
• Maintain a tech-focused approach and provide consultative service.

Job description

Book/Change Domestic & International reservations for air travel, hotel, car rentals and trains.

• Highly skilled on Sabre GDS preferred.
• Excellent oral and written English and Spanish communication skills
• Strong worldwide geography knowledge.
• Able to troubleshoot, problem solve and make decisions.
• Able to work under pressure and multitask with a sense of urgency while maintaining a professional rapport.
• Creativity with “Critical Thinking Outside the Box”, detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.
• Passion for Excellence in Customer Service.
• Promote/offer fares, rates and suppliers that match the client’s travel program policies and negotiated contracts.
• Up to date with airlines rules and regulations and current affairs.
• Able to read travel policies and take appropriate actions.
• Experience in handling last minute travel requests/changes and flight cancellations/delays.
• Accepting, and adapting to change quickly and professionally.
• Experience with US and International markets.
• Completely comfortable and adept in a technology focused environment.
• Effective strong consulting skills and the ability to listen to clients' needs while also offering confident recommendations.
• Strong work ethic – works to deadlines and not hours and good time management skills.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours.
• Have a ‘team player’ approach and collaboration skills.
• Bubbly personality and great energy!

Non-negotiable skills and requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Sabre Red 360 / Agency Workspace
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in Corporate Travel.
• Should be familiar with travel geography.
• Must speak Spanish
