Emapta Philippines is seeking a Travel Consultant to manage high-volume flights, accommodations, and ground transport for Australian healthcare recruitment networks. You will handle costs, urgent itinerary changes, and budget-conscious itineraries from a home-based setup.

The role demands at least two years in travel booking, solid knowledge of domestic routes, and experience with travel management systems.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a high-volume travel booking or travel consultant environment.
• Knowledge of domestic travel routes and geographic locations.
• Experience using travel management booking systems.
• Ability to interpret flight pricing, fare rules, and ticketing requirements.
• Understanding of travel budgets and ability to recommend cost-effective alternatives.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience analysing travel data, reports, and trends.
• Advanced understanding of travel cost management, credits, and optimisation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel requirements with healthcare professionals, recruiters, and clients, including flights, accommodation, car hire, and other arrangements.
• Provide travel solutions aligned with candidate needs and budgets.
• Ensure travel bookings are accurate, including locations, dates, and times.
• Collaborate with recruiters, candidates, clients, and team members to achieve positive outcomes.
• Take ownership of travel bookings and issues from start to resolution.
• Follow travel processes to ensure timely issue resolution and service consistency.
• Maintain accurate records and provide clear handovers when required.
• Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
