Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, or a related field
- Healthcare recruitment, onboarding, or compliance experience preferred
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, profiling, interview scheduling, and recruitment coordination
- Knowledge of targeted and strategic sourcing methodologies
- Experience in recruitment administration, documentation, and record management
- Proficiency in recruitment systems, digital tools, and workplace technology
- Ability to manage candidate calls and stakeholder interactions professionally
- Understanding of compliance, risk management, and escalation procedures
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, planning, and priority management
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability when learning new platforms, tools, and processes
- Initiative, reliability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities independently

Candidate Management and Pipelines
- Build targeted candidate pipelines for priority roles and emerging workforce needs.
- Engage and guide candidates through each recruitment stage using timely, professional communication.
Recruitment Processes
- Screen and verify candidates against role requirements and regulatory obligations.
- Confirm documentation, clearances, and credentials while maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.
Stakeholder Support
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide clear recruitment updates.
- Assess candidate suitability and collaborate with onboarding and care teams to support smooth transitions.
Recruitment Performance
- Monitor pipeline strength, hiring progress, conversion rates, and recruitment risks.
- Escalate delays or coverage gaps and maintain reliable data for reporting and decision-making.
Candidate Experience
