Job summary

ATPI Global Travel Services Philippines Inc. is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant - 24/7 to join our fast-growing team.

You will handle reservations, ticketing and reissuance, ensuring accuracy within client SLA for smooth passenger travel. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in the airline or travel industry, a Bachelor's in Travel/Tourism or related field, strong Amadeus GDS skills, and solid computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Travel/Tourism or related is preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience in airline or travel industry.
• High proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Amadeus.
• Excellent computer skills to adapt to ATPI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Providing clients at least two accurate fare quotations, accurate service charge, and complete information within the SLA to ensure smooth travel for passengers.
• Advise clients on documentation needed for countries with immigration requirements.
• Complete domestic and international travel arrangements including air, hotel, ground transportation, and rail.
• Ensure 100% compliance with operations policies and procedures.

ATPI is on the lookout for an experienced Travel Consultant - 24/7 to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Travel Consultant - 24/7 is primary responsible in handling reservations, ticketing, and reissuance whenever necessary.

Some of the job duties include but not limited to:

1. Providing clients at least two accurate fare quotation, accurate service charge, and complete information needed within the agreed client-specific SLA to ensure smooth travel of passenger at all times.
2. Accurately advise clients all the documentations needed for countries with immigration requirements.
3. Completes domestic and international travel arrangements for clients which may include air, hotel, ground transportation, and rail.
4. Ensuring 100% compliance to Operations policies and procedures.

Candidates must possess:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Travel/Tourism or any related courses is preferred.
2. At least 5 years' experience in an airline or travel industry.
3. High proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Amadeus.
4. Excellent computer skills to be able to adapt easily to ATPI technologies.

Candidates must be open to work on 24/7 operational schedule, with rotations for the Morning, Mid, and After Office Hours Shift, and/or Weekends shift, holidays, and onsite.

Marine or Corporate Travel and International Booking experiences are required.
