Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience using GDS tools.
• With Travel account experience in a BPO or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, reservations, and travel services.
• Use GDS systems to process bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate travel information and solutions to customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
