Job summary

Expereo International is seeking a Travel and Expense Coordinator to own travel arrangements company-wide and prepare invoices for the Management Team. You will collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate coding and timely processing while keeping records organized and maintaining strong relationships with travel providers.

The role offers hybrid working and opportunities to support a rapidly growing global company.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel coordination or invoicing is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and booking/expense tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate travel for employees across the business including flights, hotels, transport and related needs.
• Handle last-minute changes and itinerary adjustments with composure.
• Prepare and process invoices for the Management Team accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure proper coding and smooth processing.
• Maintain organised records and act as the point of contact for travel providers.
• Take on additional admin tasks as needed.

About the Role

Behind every smooth-running business is someone keeping the wheels turning, that's you. As Travel and Expense Coordinator, you'll take ownership of travel arrangements company-wide and invoice preparation for the Management Team, working alongside our existing team to keep things running without a hitch. If you like variety, enjoy problem-solving on the fly, and take pride in getting the details right, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate travel for employees across the business, flights, hotels, transport, and everything in between
• Handle last-minute changes and itinerary curveballs with a cool head
• Prepare and process invoices for the Management Team accurately and on time
• Work closely with finance to make sure everything's coded and processed smoothly
• Keep records organised so nothing slips through the cracks
• Be the go-to point of contact for travel providers and vendors when questions come up
• Jump in on other admin tasks as they come up, no two days quite the same

• Some experience in travel coordination or invoicing, ideally in a corporate setting
• Comfortable in Excel and booking/expense tools
• An eye for detail, you catch the small things others miss
• Great organisational skills, you can juggle multiple bookings and invoices without breaking a sweat
• A team player who's just as comfortable working independently
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
