Responsibilities

• Perform critical path analysis and identify scheduling risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple transportation projects.
• Create and update project baselines, tracking actual progress against planned schedules.
• Generate detailed scheduling reports and dashboards for stakeholder communication and decision-making.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for schedule optimization.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operational teams to gather scheduling requirements and constraints.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational scheduling standards.
• Monitor schedule performance and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Support project teams in resolving scheduling conflicts and resource constraints.
• Maintain documentation of scheduling assumptions, constraints, and change requests.
