You will assist in survey design, contribute ideas for transport infrastructure, and help prepare clear reports with actionable options for clients, using your Excel expertise to analyze transport data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in billing and PODs.
• Exposure in logistics transport industry or volume tasks is a plus.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel with advanced spreadsheet skills.

Job description

• Coordinates the dispatch and route planning of vehicles, ensuring that costs are kept as planned

• Assists in the design and interpretation of transport surveys, if any

• Assists in developing initial design ideas for new or improved transport infrastructure

• Assists in writing clear reports and provides options and recommendations on transport systems to clients

• Use statistical analysis to examine the transport matrix

• Participates in initiatives involving the Transport business of the organization

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.

• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in billing and PODs .

• Exposure in the logistics transport industry or experience with volume tasks in a similar environment is a definite plus.

• Highly proficient in MS Excel, showcasing advanced skills in spreadsheet management.

• Willing to be assigned in San Pedro Laguna

• This is a project-based only (3-4months)
