Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to coordinate linguistic validation and eCOA projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to IQVIA SOPs and client specifications.

You will lead multiple translation and localization initiatives, select vendors, monitor budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of linguistics/translation/localization experience.
• Experience in clinical/pharma translation projects (linguistic validation, eCOA).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to deliver results to quality and timeline metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office and related tools.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to completion in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing multiple translation and localization projects at any one time from receipt to completion
• Coordinate all project phases and efficiently predict the delivery of those phases to deliver within the best possible deadline
• Working with the Senior Project Managers to assess the client's expectations or specifications
• Select appropriate vendors and negotiate deadlinesEstablish and maintain excellent relationships with contract linguists and proof-readers across multiple locations
• Monitor and control projects status and progress
• Budget and finance management of projects, ensuring all work is completed within assigned budget
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Comply with relevant and applicable IQVIA procedures
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the project to ensure effectiveness is maintained

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical or pharmaceutical translation/localization projects: mainly focus on Linguistic Validation, eCOA.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem- solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
• Good teamwork skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under limited direction
• Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
