Job summary

IQVIA LLC in Manila is seeking a linguistically focused Project Manager to coordinate linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to IQVIA SOPs.

You will manage multiple translation and localization projects, coordinate phases, select vendors, maintain client relationships, monitor progress, and ensure budget compliance. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in linguistics/translation are required, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

The Role

The Role You will be responsible for coordinating and managing linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to completion in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing multiple translation and localization projects at any one time from receipt to completion
• Coordinate all project phases and efficiently predict the delivery of those phases to deliver within the best possible deadline
• Working with the Senior Project Managers to assess the client's expectations or specifications
• Select appropriate vendors and negotiate deadlines
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract linguists and proof-readers across multiple locations
• Monitor and control projects status and progress
• Budget and finance management of projects, ensuring all work is completed within assigned budget
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Comply with relevant and applicable IQVIA procedures
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the project to ensure effectiveness is maintained

Required knowledge, skills and abilities

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical or pharmaceutical translation/localization projects: mainly focus on Linguistic Validation, eCOA.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem- solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
