Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate linguistic validation and eCOA projects from initiation to completion in accordance with IQVIA SOPs. You will handle multiple translation and localization projects, forecast phase deliveries, and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.

Working with Senior Project Managers, you will select vendors, negotiate deadlines, and maintain strong relationships with linguists and proofreaders across locations, while upholding IQVIA procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of experience in linguistics, translation, localization, or related field.
• Experience in clinical or pharmaceutical translation/localization, focusing on linguistic validation and eCOA.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to deliver results within quality and timeline metrics.
• Teamwork and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under limited direction.
• Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to finish.
