Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a skilled Linguistic Validation Project Manager to coordinate linguistic validation and eCOA projects from initiation to completion in line with IQVIA SOPs. You will manage multiple translation and localization projects, coordinate all phases, and ensure delivery within client expectations and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in linguistics, translation, localization or related field.
• Experience in clinical or pharmaceutical translation/localization, especially linguistic validation and eCOA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver quality results on time.
• Team collaboration and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to finish.
• Manage multiple translation/localization projects concurrently.
• Coordinate all project phases and predict delivery timelines.
• Assess client expectations with Senior PMs.
• Select vendors and negotiate deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with contract linguists and proof-readers across locations.
• Monitor project status and progress, ensuring budget compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Adhere to IQVIA procedures and perform quality checks at project stages.
