Job summary

Security Bank Corporation in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Wealth Transformation Lead to drive and scale the Wealth business through rollout of new systems and digital platforms such as the Wealth System, BBX Wealth App, Genesys, and Wealth Assist.

You will lead the Wealth Transformation team, oversee strategic programs across Wealth, collaborate with Technology, Product, and Business teams, monitor progress, manage risks, and measure impact to optimize operations and customer experience.

Job description

As a Wealth Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving and executing transformation initiatives that enable the scale-up of our Wealth business. This includes leading the rollout of new systems, process improvements, and digital platforms such as the Wealth System, BBX Wealth App, Genesys, Wealth Assist, and other upcoming initiatives.

How You’ll Contribute

• Lead and manage the Wealth Transformation team in delivering key programs and initiatives
• Oversee the planning and execution of strategic transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and process design across the Wealth Group
• Collaborate closely with Technology, Product, and Business teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and assess the overall impact of transformation programs
