Job summary
Globe is seeking a Director, Strategy Execution & Transformation to partner with the CIO, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, investments, and measurable outcomes.
You will drive enterprise-wide planning, transformation, and integration across Core Services, Centers for Enablement, Shared Services, and enabling functions, ensuring resources and leadership focus remain on high-value opportunities.
Qualifications
- Target Experience: 10 to 15 years in Strategy & Transformation Offices, Management Consulting, or Enterprise Business Transformation.
- Core Focus: Partner with executives to shape priorities and drive enterprise-wide change.
- Domain & Technical Acumen: Knowledge of modern IT solutions and telco industry processes to frame tech agendas.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into enterprise execution with alignment, integration, and accountability across ISG.
- Provide CIO with decision-ready visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Orchestrate executive forums to accelerate alignment and enable informed decisions.
- Establish governance for strategy execution, investments, and performance reporting.
- Shape strategic communications for CIO and stakeholders to reinforce priorities.
