Job summary

Globe seeks a Transformation Lead to steer the XDT agenda across CX, IT, Network and Business, identifying gaps and driving improvement plans. You will champion the Globe Process Community, enable grassroots process simplification, and guide architects in defining standards and end-to-end processes aligned with customer experience goals.

You will collaborate with process owners to plan roadmaps, run workshops, and measure performance against defined KPIs and customer success metrics.

• Experience in transformation initiatives and process governance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Steer and advocate the XDT transformation agenda across CX, IT, Network and Business.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Process Owners on transformation and simplification initiatives.
• Advance Globe Process Community through standards, taxonomy, and enablement programs.
• Develop and maintain process architecture standards, end-to-end process mapping, and KPIs.
