The role owns logistics master data across the enterprise, from the logistics data workstream of the ERP migration through the establishment of governance processes to ensure data accuracy over time. It also heads the PMO, which governs a large portfolio of cross-functional projects and supply chain system implementations (ex. TMS, WMS, APS, SND, etc), and turns business needs into clear requirements and system designs, and aligns executives, business units, IT, and vendors on priorities and outcomes. It uses process improvement methodologies to redesign processes, remove inefficiencies, and build a continuous improvement culture, so that data, systems, and ways of working hold up as the business grows.

- Define and maintain logistics data objects, including:
- Organizational structure: plants, storage locations, warehouse numbers, shipping points
- Material logistics views: units of measure, case and pallet configuration, dimensions and weights, packaging and handling units, batch and shelf-life settings
