Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Business & Integration Consultant specializing in SAP Data Management. You will design and implement strategies to transform buying and sourcing processes, leveraging MDG, ABAP tools, and data migration capabilities across client projects.

You will lead diagnostic work, design operating models, and drive change management, collaborating with client teams and SMEs to deliver results on schedule. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant professional working experience.
• Experience with SAP MDG data models and CVI is preferred.
• Experience building data migration tools and workflows.
• Ability to design and implement operating models and change management.

Role Overview

As a Business & Integration Consultant in the SAP Data Management practice, you will focus on designing and implementing strategies to help transform an organization's buying and sourcing strategies, whether on a small or large scale. You will spend the majority of your time learning about and recommending various strategies, processes, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Shape and Deliver Business Transformation Projects
• Run diagnostic and assessment activities, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Execute client engagements such as operating model design and implementation
• Develop new strategies, high-level to-be processes, and organizational designs by leveraging existing best practices and company assets
• Develop plans to ensure the successful implementation of recommended strategies
• Put process and organizational changes into action, including change management
• Collaborate seamlessly with clients' internal resources to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Lead the team through problem definition, issue identification, and work plan development
• Meet project deadlines by adhering to the project plan

Client Relationship Development and Management

• Build long-term relationships with key clients
• Manage client stakeholder relationships and communications at all stages of the project
• Support drafting of proposals

Practice Building

• Participate in practice building activities (e.g., thought leadership development, market offering development)
• Continuously support the development of our service offering and value proposition
• Support development of IP and white papers
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the business to extract required knowledge
• Prepare relevant project case studies to demonstrate capabilities

Qualifications

• Experience Required: At least 3 years of relevant professional working experience
• SAP Master Data Governance Tools:
• SAP ABAP skills
• Developed or built RICEFWs or completed configurations for SAP MDG requirements such as SAP workflows, Business Rules Framework (BRF), Floor Plan Manager (FPM)
• Familiar with SAP MDG data models, Customer Vendor Integration (CVI), MDG architecture, flex vs re-use modes, deployment approach
• SAP Business Objects (SAP BODS):
• Able to build simple to complex extraction jobs from different source systems, mapping/transformation and loading jobs
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Familiar with lookup functions, join conditions, query mapping, case functions, merge, map operation, and validations
• SAP Master Data Migration:
• Able to build SAP load tools like LSMW or ABAP programs
• Knows the SAP tables behind every data object
• Performed mock conversions until production loads
• SAP Master Data Migration S4:
• Able to build SAP load tools like LTMC (Migration Cockpit) or ABAP programs
• Knows the SAP tables behind every data object
• Performed mock conversions until production loads for an S4 HANA Migration project
• SAP Master Data Migration Syniti:
• Able to configure, build transformation rules and reports using the Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM) Tool
• Knows the SAP tables behind every data object
• Performed mock conversions until production loads using Syniti

Professional Qualifications

• Demonstrated academic achievement in tertiary qualifications including Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, or Science
